Privacy policy

Controller: KIPDEV SAS, 4 rue des Frênes, 33700 Mérignac, France. Contact: contact@savemymrr.com. For the data of your own customers read through your Stripe account, you are the controller and KIPDEV SAS acts as your processor.

What we store

  • Your email, when you buy, sign in or ask for the scan report. No password is required (accounts created before 25 September 2026 may still have a hashed one).
  • Your Stripe restricted key, encrypted with AES-256-GCM. If you don't buy, it is erased 14 days after the scan.
  • The scan preview: totals, decline reasons and masked customer identifiers (initials or a masked email). Nothing more before purchase.
  • After purchase: for each failed invoice, the customer's name and email, the amount, the invoice link and a timeline of emails and retries, to run the recovery and show it to you.

Why (legal bases)

  • Running the scan and the service you asked for (contract).
  • Up to three follow-up emails after a scan where you left your email, with a one-click unsubscribe (legitimate interest, business contacts).
  • Audience measurement with kipstats, only if you accept it in the cookie banner (consent).

Retention

Scan workspaces not followed by a purchase: key erased after 14 days, preview deleted within 90 days. Account data: as long as the account exists; disconnecting a Stripe account deletes its recovery history. Ask for deletion at contact@savemymrr.com, handled within 30 days.

Processors

  • Hostinger (servers, EU).
  • Stripe (payments; also the source of the data you connect).
  • Resend (email delivery, USA), through our mail relay.
  • Anthropic (USA), Pro and Business only: rewrites a reminder from the customer's first name, your brand and the amount.
  • Cloudflare (DNS and email routing).
  • Orbe, by KIPDEV SAS (cookie consent banner and proof of consent).

Cookies

Strictly necessary: smm_ws (keeps your scan, 30 days) and cp_session (keeps you signed in, 30 days). The consent banner stores your choice (cnst_choice, 6 months). kipstats, our cookieless audience measurement, only loads after you click “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time: .
