A dunning tool for Stripe, that reads the decline

Dunning is the process of chasing a payment that failed. Stripe Billing gives you retries and a basic email; a dunning tool handles the conversation with the customer.

What SaveMyMRR does

  1. Connects with a restricted key, pre-filled in one click: read access plus invoice retries, nothing else.
  2. Watches Stripe events every few minutes for invoice.payment_failed, and closes an invoice the moment it's paid.
  3. Reads the decline code and picks the right email and retry plan: new card, 3-D Secure, funds, or a soft decline.
  4. Sends four emails (day 0, 1, 3, 5) under your brand, with your reply-to, and stops on day 7.
  5. Shows every step per invoice: emails sent, retries, outcome.

What it doesn't do

  • No cancellation flows or pause offers: it's about involuntary churn only.
  • No other processor than Stripe, no one-off payments: Stripe Billing invoices charged automatically.
  • No custom sending domain yet: emails leave from SaveMyMRR's verified domain under your brand name.
